Special Board Meeting
Monday, March 18, 2019

A Special Board Meeting was held on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 6:15 p.m. at the Village Hall.

Michael Newman called to order the meeting at 6:15 p.m.  Board members John Hoiby, Mark Zimmer, Gayanne Skogen, Galen Brainerd, Shane Trott and Karen Hanson attended the meeting.

Motion by Trott, seconded by Brainerd to approve the Agenda, carried.

Agenda:
Public Hearing: Public Hearing to Consider Village of Bruce Resolution 19-01 A Resolution to Discontinue Selected Public Ways:  Newman reported a Public Hearing was held at 6:00 p.m. prior to the Special Board Meeting to consider discontinuance of Public Ways. The street was not discontinued in the early 1900’s properly and the Village is seeking a clear title on the property where the new Village Shop will be built.

Adopt Resolution 19-01A-Final Resolution Regarding the Discontinuance of Public Ways:  Motion by Trott, seconded by Hanson to adopt Resolution 19-01A-Final Resolution Regarding the Discontinuance of Public Ways, carried.  A copy of the Resolution is attached.  The Resolution will be filed at the Rusk County Register of Deeds to complete the process. Adjournment:  Motion by Zimmer, seconded by Hanson to adjourn, carried.  Adjournment was at 6:17 p.m.
