VILLAGE OF BRUCE
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
October 12th, 2021
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a scheduled Special meeting of the Village Board was held on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021.
Village President Shane Trott presided and called to order the meeting at the Village Hall facility at 3:45 p.m. Board members present were Galen Brainerd, Kim Grasley, Jim Johnson and Mark Zimmer. Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Hayes attended as well.
NEW BUSINESS:
Resolution #21-02 with Map Included – Resolution Adopting the Redistricting Plan as Established Following the 2020 Census: Motion by Zimmer, seconded by Johnson to approve Resolution #21-02, adopting the redistricting plan as established following the 2020 census, with map included, carried.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Zimmer, seconded by Brainerd to adjourn, carried. Adjournment was at 3:49 p.m.
