Stat. § 66.0701\, Wis. Stat. § 66.0703\, and Title 3\, Chapter 2 of the Village of Bruce Ordinances\, to levy special assessments upon property within the assessment district hereinafter described for benefits conferred upon such properties by reason of the following public work and improvements: \n  \nThe North Main Street project\, which entails street reconstruction\, curb\, gutter\, sidewalk\,\n                    sanitary sewer\, storm sewer\, water main\, and connections. \n\nCopies and exhibits of the Determination of Assessment Rate\, Project Plans & Specifications\, Final Construction Cost\, Schedule of Assessments and Payment of Special Assessments are on file in the Clerk’s office and may be inspected there Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. \nYou are further notified that Board members will hear all interested persons\, or their agents\, or their attorneys\, concerning matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing the assessments at 3:30 p.m. on September 27th\, 2022 in the Village Hall facility located at 100 W. River Avenue.
