EXCERPTS OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF BRUCE, WISCONSIN

A special meeting of the Village Board (the “Governing Body”) of Village of Bruce, Wisconsin, was duly called, noticed, held, and conducted in the manner required by the Governing Body and the pertinent Wisconsin Statutes on June 10, 2019.  The Village President called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

The following members of the Governing Body were present: Village President Shane Trott, Trustees Gayanne Skogen, Larry Cabak, Avery Newman, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Hegeholz was present as well.

The following members of the Governing Body were absent: Trustees, Mark Zimmer & Galen Brainerd.

(Here occurred business not pertinent to the debt issue.)

The following resolution was then moved by Cabak   and seconded by Newman. 

Resolution Authorizing the Sale and Issuance of up to
$259,794 Subordinate Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2019,
and Providing for Other Details and Covenants
With Respect Thereto

Upon the vote being taken, the following voted:


Aye: 4


Nay: 0


Abstaining: 0

and the resolution was declared adopted.

Upon motion made and seconded, the Governing Body adjourned.
