REQUEST  FOR  BIDS
Village of Bruce

The Village of Bruce is requesting bids for the following Village of Bruce owned property:  914 N. Main Street, Parcel #’s 106-00081-0000 & 106-00082-0000, in the Bruce Village limits.

The sale of the above described property is contingent upon the buyer raising, demolishing and removing the buildings from the property.

Sealed bids should be submitted to the Village Clerk and will be opened at 7:00 p.m. on October 4th, 2021, at the Bruce Village Hall, 100 W. River Avenue, Bruce, WI  54819. Minimum bid of  $2,286.21 is required.

The Village Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
