Wisconsin ATV/UTV laws apply!

The Village of Bruce Ordinance, 10-4-3 also applies.

ATV’s are prohibited on the following streets:

USH 8; otherwise known as Arthur Avenue

All of Main Street from the South Village limits to Washington Ave.

State Hwy 40 on West side of Village

Other safety reminders:

This is a one year probationary trial.

Speed limits – 10 miles per hour

Hours of operation – Dawn to Dusk only!

Remain on paved streets & alleys

*Children between the ages 12-15 MUST be accompanied by an adult designated by parent or guardian when riding on a designated route.

Child MUST have safety certification!

Helmets are required for operators under the age of 18.
