Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Village Board of the Village of
Bruce on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Village Hall for the Village of Bruce to
consider Village of Bruce Resolution 25-02, a resolution to discontinue a selected public way originally
laid in Blackburn’s Addition to the Plat of the Village of Bruce, described as follows:

The entirety of First Street of Blackburn’s Addition to the Plat of the Village
of Bruce recorded as Document #350981 lying west of Lots 13 through 24 of
Block 1 of Blackburn’s Addition to the Plat of the Village of Bruce all in
Section 5 in Township 34N, Range 7W, Village of Bruce, Rusk County,
Wisconsin.

A scale map of affected properties is available at the Village Hall and is incorporated by reference
Resolution 25-02 has been introduced to discontinue the public ways described above and shall be
acted on Monday, September 8, 2025, during the Village Board meeting at 5:30 p.m. at the Village
Hall for the Village of Bruce located at 100 W. River Avenue, Bruce, Wisconsin.
