VILLAGE HALL COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION REPAIRS
The Village of Bruce will receive sealed bids at the TEMPORARY Village Hall facility, located at 228 E. River Avenue, Bruce, Wisconsin 54819, until 3:00 p.m. May 8th, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 5:30 p.m. Special Village Board meeting on May 12th, 2026 at the Bruce American Legion Hall, located at 804 N. Main St., Bruce, WI 54819. Action may be taken at that time.
Request for Bids:
The Village is requesting bids for remodel after building flooding. Work will include electrical, plumbing, insulation, sheet rock, painting, wall papering, suspended ceiling install and carpet installation. Proposed work to follow standard specifications listed in Village Code as well as all Wisconsin Building Codes. Proof of insurance is required upon bid award. The preferred completion date is August 1st, 2026.

The bidding shall be based on sealed competitive bids and the contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder per Wis. Stat. 62.15. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope and must be plainly marked on the outside as “2026 Village Hall Commercial Repairs Quote” and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the CONTRACTOR, address, and license number if applicable. The Village of Bruce reserves the right to reject any bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid it deems advantageous to the Village.
